Traffic in Internet Marketing is the number of visitors of a website. So traffic is an indicator of a website popularity. The bigger the traffic, the more popular a website is.

Based on the sources, there are three types of traffic :

• direct traffic is website traffic that the visitors have already known the website address, so they type the URL or click the bookmark to come to the website.
• organic traffic is website traffic that comes from unpaid listing at search engines or directories.
• referral traffic is website traffic that comes from other websites.

All traffic types valuable for Internet Marketing, especially targeted traffic.
